Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all food items are final sale.

For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) received

  • A photo of the shipping packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • An item arrives damaged and a replacement is not available

  • An incorrect item was sent and cannot be replaced

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or unopened food products

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping information

  • Orders delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Orders marked as delivered but not received
